Greek Alphabet Stoup

I came across this recipe on the eatliverun.com website.  Although I did not find the alphabet pasta, I decided to use rings instead.  It was probably the fastest soup (sorry stoup) I think i've ever made!  I definately put in way too much pasta, but it was very yummy.  The only thing missing was meat.  I think next time i'm going to put in some Italian Sausage chunks or some ground lamb just to give it a little something!
